LOREAL Buys Carita and Decleor

The beauty company made a deal with Shiseido.

L’Oreal has entered into an agreement to acquire the Carita and Decleor brands from Shiseido, for 230 million euros, WWD reports.

The two brands made combined annual sales of around 100 million euros (84.52 million pounds) in 2012, L’Oreal said.
